What main contractors get from us.

One accountable team with its own plant, from the first bracket to the final seal. Four projects, four outcomes.

  1. c. £2m

    A large package, one team

At 90 Long Acre for Lendlease, twelve OMFC operatives took the atrium curtain walling, GRC cladding and every fire-rated door set from the first steelwork to handover over two years, and kept other trades moving with our crane and MEWP operators.

  2. 18 months

    A live building kept open

At Bishops Square for Permasteelisa Group, we cut out and replaced every sealant joint and pressure plate on the roof glazing, working day and night shifts so the building below stayed fully operational.

  3. 4 months

    A tight programme met

At Royal Victoria for City & Docklands, two OMFC teams worked in parallel, one on the facades and one at roof level, to finish the aluminium cladding and copings in four months.

  4. 2 teams

    A City fit-out, finished properly

At 160 Queen Victoria Street for Overbury, two teams installed fire-rated doors, sensor-monitored power-operated doors and bronze-framed reeded glass screens on a short programme. The client was very satisfied with the result.

Two ways to work with us.

A complete package, or a skilled team to install a system you have already bought. Either way, the price comes from your drawings, not a guess.

Option 01

Supply & install

The full package. We plan the sequence, bring the access and lifting plant, source the system through our supply partners and install it with our own certificated team.

  • Site work plan and installation sequencing
  • Our own spider crane, MEWPs, vacuum lifters and access towers
  • Systems from established suppliers, such as Schüco at 90 Long Acre
  • One accountable team, from the first bracket to the final seal

For example 90 Long Acre for Lendlease: c. £2m, two years, twelve operatives.

  • Installation to the supplier’s drawings and specification
  • Supplied materials managed on site, from delivery to installation
  • Our own access and lifting equipment where the work needs it
  • Teams sized to the programme, from two to twelve operatives

For example Citibank fit-out, London, and Crossways Commercial Park, Dartford: three months.

Talk to our team

Before you ask.

Do you supply and install, or install only?

Both. We take on full packages, from the site work plan and sequencing to access plant, lifting equipment and systems from our supply partners, or we install materials supplied by you or your supplier, exactly to their specification.

What size of package do you take on?

Our packages range from a two-month ground-floor curtain walling package with a four-person team (Scale Space) to a c. £2m atrium package delivered over two years by twelve OMFC operatives (90 Long Acre).

Where do you work?

Our projects are in London, Cambridge and Kent. Send us the site location with your enquiry and we will confirm.

Are your installers qualified?

Every package is installed by our own qualified, certificated operatives holding NVQ, IPAF and PASMA qualifications. Our team holds Fire PRO training for fire-rated curtain walling and door sets, and we are CHAS Advanced accredited and a Constructionline Gold member, assessed under SSIP.

Do you have your own access and lifting equipment?

Yes. Our teams work with our own lifting and access equipment, including a spider crane, MEWPs, vacuum lifters and mobile access towers. At 90 Long Acre our operators also supported other trades with it.

Can you work in occupied or live buildings?

Yes. At Bishops Square we refurbished the roof glazing over eighteen months on day and night shifts while the building below stayed fully operational, and we regularly install within live Cat A and Cat B fit-outs.

How do I get a price?

Send the drawings, specification or tender package through the enquiry form, by email to hello@omfcltd.com or on 07399 199502, with the site location and programme. We review the scope and come back to you with a quotation.
