Case study 14LondonFire-rated doors
160 Queen Victoria Street
Fire-rated doors & glazed office partitioning
The outcome
A short, high-profile City programme for Overbury, delivered to a high finish with the client very satisfied.
Overview
A short-programme but high-profile fit-out in the heart of the City of London. Working for Overbury, OMFC deployed two installation teams to deliver fire-rated doors and glazed screen partitioning for a new office and health-centre suite.
The package was supplied by Radii, and our teams worked closely with their management and design team throughout, from setting out to final handover. The design called for slim bronze-finish framing with reeded glass, so precise alignment and clean sightlines were essential on every screen and door.
Particular focus was placed on the quality and accuracy of the door installations, including power-operated doors monitored by high-specification sensors, all set up and tested to ensure smooth, reliable operation.
Delivered on a tight programme to a high standard of finish, with the client very satisfied with the final result.
