Overview

OMFC delivered full supervision and installation of fire doors and fire screens to the lift core at 105 Victoria, across 15 floors.

The package was installed using materials of the highest quality. Working in close collaboration with Radii, OMFC received direct support throughout the project, including training courses and new technical training. This partnership gave OMFC valuable experience in fire-rated door and screen installation.

The OMFC team worked to a very high standard under considerable programme pressure, and their performance was outstanding.

Scope of works

  1. Installation of fire doors to the lift core, across 15 floors.
  2. Installation of fire screens to the lift core, across 15 floors.
  3. Full supervision of the package by OMFC.
  4. Direct support from Radii throughout, including training courses and new technical training.

Completed result

The completed fire doors and glazed fire screens around the lift and stair cores: black-framed, fully glazed, and finished to the same standard on every floor.
