This notice explains what OMFC International does with the information you give us through this website, by email, by telephone or on WhatsApp.
Who we are
OMFC International is a trading name of OMFC Limited, registered in England and Wales, company no. 10693606, registered office 74a High Street, Wanstead, London E11 2RJ. We decide how the information described here is used. For anything about your information, email hello@omfcltd.com or call 07399 199502.
What we collect
- The details you send with an enquiry: your name, company, email address, telephone number, the site location and the details of your project.
- How you found the site: the first page you opened, the website that linked to it and any campaign tags in its address. This is sent with your enquiry so we know which of our pages and listings are useful.
- If you accept analytics cookies: how the site is used (the pages you view, the links and buttons you use, your device and browser, and your approximate location from your IP address), collected by Google Analytics.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, discuss your project and prepare a quotation. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. For analytics, it is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time with “Cookie settings” at the foot of every page.
Who sees it
Our team, and the companies that run this website and deliver enquiries to us, which process it on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting, and Turnstile, which checks the enquiry form is used by a person), Resend (delivers enquiry emails to us), Microsoft (our email) and, only if you accept analytics cookies, Google (Google Analytics). Some of them may process information outside the UK, with the safeguards UK data protection law requires. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries: only as long as we need them to respond and follow up the quotation. If your enquiry leads to work, it becomes part of our project records. Analytics: 14 months (the data retention period set in Google Analytics).
Cookies and similar technology
Without your agreement this website sets no cookies. It keeps your cookie choice in your browser’s local storage (omfc-consent), and a note of the first page of your visit in session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab. Turnstile reads information about your browser and device when you use the enquiry form, only to check you are a person.
If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics sets two cookies, _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID, which tell visits apart and last up to two years. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the foot of every page; rejecting removes them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@omfcltd.com. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
