How we work
Our installers fit fire-rated door sets, frames, glazing and ironmongery, and glazed office partitioning, for fit-out contractors and building owners in London. We work as part of a full package, or install a supplier’s system to their drawings, as we did for Overbury on an office fit-out in London.
At 160 Queen Victoria Street for Overbury, two OMFC teams installed slim bronze-framed reeded glass screens, fire-rated doors and power-operated doors monitored by high-specification sensors, each set up and tested for smooth, reliable operation. At 90 Long Acre we installed every fire-rated door set in the building, including the lift-core fire doors on all ten floors, and at 105 Victoria for Skanska we supervised and installed the fire doors and fire screens to the lift core across fifteen floors.

Questions
Do you supply and install, or install only?
Both. We take on full packages, from the site work plan and sequencing to access plant, lifting equipment and systems from our supply partners, or we install materials supplied by you or your supplier, exactly to their specification.
What size of package do you take on?
Our packages range from a two-month ground-floor curtain walling package with a four-person team to a c. £2m atrium package delivered over two years by twelve OMFC operatives.
Are your installers qualified?
Every package is installed by our own qualified, certificated operatives holding NVQ, IPAF and PASMA qualifications. Our team holds Fire PRO training for fire-rated curtain walling and door sets, and we are CHAS Advanced accredited and a Constructionline Gold member, assessed under SSIP.
