The site is for information

The site describes our services and past projects for main contractors, fit-out contractors, developers and building owners. It is general information, not technical, fire-safety, design or professional advice for your project. Specifications, fire ratings and suitability must always be confirmed for each project by its designers and by the manufacturers’ certification.

We work to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we do not promise that it is complete, accurate or always available. Project figures such as values, programmes and team sizes are approximate.

Enquiries, quotations and contracts

Sending an enquiry, or receiving our reply, does not create a contract. A price is binding only when we confirm it in a written quotation, and any work is governed by the written contract or subcontract agreed for that project, not by this website.

Projects, client names and trade marks

The projects shown were carried out by OMFC International, often as an installation contractor or subcontractor working for a main contractor or supplier. The names of clients, contractors, suppliers, end users and buildings are given only to identify each project and the work we did. They do not mean that any of them endorses OMFC International or this site. All trade marks, names and logos belong to their owners.

If you are named or shown on this site, or represent a company that is, and would like something corrected or removed, email info@omfcltd.co.uk. We will review it and, where appropriate, change or remove it promptly.

Our content

The text, photographs, drawings, 3D models and design of this site belong to OMFC Limited or are used with the permission of their owners. You may view and print pages for your own business use, for example to assess us as a contractor. You may not copy, republish or otherwise use our content, photographs or name for any other purpose without our written permission. The fonts and software libraries the site uses are published under their own open licences.

Using the site

You must not misuse the site: do not try to gain unauthorised access to it or to the systems behind it, introduce harmful code, overload it, or use the enquiry form to send spam or unlawful content. We may block traffic that does. We cannot guarantee that the site is free of faults or viruses, so please use your own protection.

Links to other websites

Links to other websites, such as maps, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and accreditation bodies, are for convenience only. We have no control over those sites and are not responsible for them.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under the law of England and Wales.

The site is intended for business use. As far as the law allows, we exclude all implied conditions, warranties and other terms about the site and its content, and we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or reliance on, the site, including loss of profit, business, contracts or data, or any indirect or consequential loss. If you use the site as a consumer, these terms do not affect your legal rights.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with the date at the top, is the one that applies.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from the site.
